Entry Steps

  1. Read the Rules

Make sure your entry is eligible. All entries must have approved and commercially published, launched or aired.

  1. Check the categories and fees

Make sure you enter your work in the correct category and check the entry fees. Pendoring may move entries to an appropriate category during entry processing and prior to judging. However it remains your responsibility, as the entrant, to submit your entry into the correct category.

During judging the Jury are not allowed to move entries between categories. ?

Entry Deadline is 1 August. Entries received after the deadline will be charged a 10% late fee.
 

  1. Entry preparation

Every category has its own preparation requirements. Check what’s required for your entry category.
 

  1. Submit your entry online
  1. Before payment you have the opportunity to review your entries. You can also edit, delete or add entries at this point. 

2.     Once you've created and checked all your entries, you can proceed to payment. Payment must be made through Bank Transfer. Pendoring is not equipped to accept credit cards payments

You can log back into the system at any stage after payment to review your entries in the Manage Entries section. You will be able to add and finalise media and print out any forms, labels and invoices

  1. Upload digital files and send physical material

All electronic media can be uploaded via the entry system.
Physical entries must be delivered not later than 1 August at Mediapark; 69 Kingsway, Auckland Park.
Once your online entry form is completed, you will be able to print entry and package labels.
